How to Submit the Best Photo For Best Results:
Ensure the photo is close up and clear. The better the clarity, the better the results.
Ensure the photo has decent lighting. This is especially helpful if the subject in the photo is a dark-furred animal or a person wearing dark clothing.
Make sure the whole subject is in the photo if you want the whole body present. Not in the corner or cut off by the photo’s boundaries.
Make sure the subject is unobstructed and in full view.
Ensure there is no blur of movement and that the photo is as sharp as possible.
*Please note if the photo you provide is of a deceased loved one whether animal or human, I will do my best with the provided photo to ensure you receive a meaningful keepsake with quality results.
In this example, the subject is well lit, in focus with minimal blur, and positioned so that the whole body is in view.
In this example, the subject is blurred from movement. This will get bad results.
Additional Information:
Keep in mind that the no boundary option for products is cropped to fit, or it may likely otherwise stretch and/or distort the image. If you do not see the size option you are looking for or want a full image without the distortion and want a custom size, feel free to contact me by email. While there is a limit to the sizes I can provide, I can give a price quote on your requested size so long as it falls within reason. After ordering don’t forget to send me the photo you wish to be laser engraved. Please note that you only get two revisions. Some cropping may be necessary such as in cases of no boundary option photos or when the subject is obstructed in the photo. Again, there are no refunds on custom work.
